The great Homer in his poem Iliad (song 8) writes:

“And in Modira the branches are of the fortunetellers” or in contemporary Bulgarian “In Madara the branches are of fortunetellers” (Modira, Madara has the meaning of Temple) — known from the ancient history as priests in Tyreia, Egypt and some people in Asia Minor, Mesopotamia (meaning, “Land Between Rivers”), Maghreb, brahmin in India, druids among the Celtic (Gallic) people, that is amongst all the Tyreean tribes and people independently of their names. Those were thyrassy who not only posses the highest level of initiation in the knowledge of the Great Teachers – the Gods Tyr and Tis, but are also foretellers. Or thyrassy who posses knowledge in some specialised branches of science in those ancient times.

The knowledge has no limits and because of this it is not possible for the individual to comprehend it all — this is why it is called “hidden knowledge”. There is a reason why Bulgarians say: “One learns during their whole life”. The Great Teachers were choosing suitable individuals  amongst the thyrassy according to their inclination to learn different aspects of the knowledge, who were subject to many years of  education — according to some pieces of data twenty or more years.

In order for the anointed for King-archpriest the priests and the horsemen-warriors of each new  stub (potentially new tribe) — “clusters” (truss, hive) — to preserve the knowledge in some field of science “pure”,  one of the conditions was to learn by memory (by heart, by rote) — “without hands”, that is without writing — only audibly. The idea was that the “written word” should not reach improper — “uninitiated” (profane) people. This does not mean the initiated were unable to read or write, they were in fact writing encrypted with “cunai” (runes), encoding the information in personal names, in pictures and so on.

This what we know as “written word”.

The process of entering the circle of the initiated, passing from level to level and reaching the highest levels of initiation were always accompanied by participation in mysteries and making oath of the covenant, drinking wine with herbs and the round dance (horo).

The opinion of some ancient and contemporary authors, that drinking wine with herbs seeks the hallucinogen effect is not correct. The truth is this ritual affects the pineal gland or the opening of the “third eye” — because of this one the of objects of cult in the Tyreean rituals is the fir cone, that exemplifies the pineal gland. In some lands where our ancestors inhabited different alcohol was used instead of wine. The technique of opening the “third eye” shows that they were aware of the effects of alcohol and herbs — some of them known today — but the right proportions to mix them apparently required good pharmaceutical knowledge.

Important role in the mysteries play the music with irregular rhythm (or additive metre, compound metre, imperfect time), such as is the rhythm of the round dance — the rhythm of heart.

When we visit today any of the countries where our ancestors participated in the formation of the local ethnicity, we will see the unique musical and dancing tradition of the respective people.

It should be noted, that the Irish and Scottish have preserved very well and developed the tradition of our common ancestors in the popular music and dances. Because of this, the hypothesis of some of our authors, that those two nationalities borrowed the bagpipe (gaida) from Bulgarians, during the Crusades is not only untrue but also laughable.

The new Tyreean stubs are usually created by splitting the tribe in three new tribes, before parting away to seek new lands for development. They were given from the “written stones”, the “written word” and their guardians were the King-archpriest, the priests and the horsemen-warrios.

This “written word” is typically laid in a temple, located near a water spring and is always guarded by the horsemen-warriors. In case of trouble and most likely war, if there is danger for the “written stones” to fall in enemy hands, they are buried near the spring as an easy landmark to find them later.

The thyrassy of the highest levels of initiation kept as a rule to assemble once every seven, or if this is not possible, every nine years in order to compare their mystery practices  and common law, to judge the purity of the knowledge and to enrich the teaching they practiced in the lands where our ancestors lived.

These cyclical meetings of initiated thyrassy became regional, because with time the number and distances of the inhabited places increase. At meetings they would pay attention to studying their own history — the exclusively tradition of the oral epic poets —  thamirs, aoidos, brahmin etc to teach the younger generation the glorious past of their ancestors, the history of the Great Tyreean civilisation — without sparing them the moral from the losses and failures.

The rhetoric mastery of the initiated thyrassy, telling stories about history to the young generation is well know. They would typically use the winter days, speaking for 6-7 hours, without repeating stories. In addition to the good rhetoric, the thamirs, aoidos, brahmin etc were able to tell stories by singing and as recitative.

Outside of the main 7 or 9 year meetings, the initiated singers of history had yearly meetings, for their particular tribe only, at which they would select the main thamir, aoid, brahmin etc — it was the one who knew their own history best. From this cyclical nature of the meetings as well as from the role the singers of history had in society one could draw conclusion how careful our ancestors were when it came to educating their own youth.

It is known, that the Kings of the thyrassy are the archpriests of their tribes, that is, initiated at the highest level — but they would nevertheless visit the first Temple every year — Madara or Modira, where the initiated priests-fortunetellers were giving them answers for issues they had and most importantly on questions about war and peace, handling the internal structure of the society and state education.

There were women-priests amongst the priests-fortunetellers who served at the Madara Temple. As is known, in the Tyreean society the women and men had equal rights — there were initiated women-Kings, women-priests, women-horsemen-warriors. The customary practice would be the Tyreean King to submit their questions to the woman-priest, who were virgins and remained such for their entire life, as a symbol of purity of the teaching and the given by her oath to keep the covenant unsullied and pure.

Those priestess did not have a personal name, but were called “Pita/i ia” (Пита/й Я in Bulgarian – Ask Her) — let’s this clarification for the name of the priestess be our small present to the ancient history of our ancestors — because, after her death or removing from service due to breach of oath a new priestess was installed.

Her activity was supported by a team of priests, all of them initiated at the highest level, known as interpreters — (тълмач in Bulgarian – translator) as they would translate the answers of the priestess. As it was already mentioned, the initiated thyrassy were drinking wine (or other alcohol) with herbs in order to open their “third eye” during the mysteries rituals.

The primary content of the answers came from the collective consciousness and knowledge, that all the priests possess. There is no doubt that the priestess and the team at the Madara Temple possessed the necessary knowledge in areas such as astrology, mathematics, mysteries rituals, common law and others in order to answer the questions of the day and about the future that bothered the Tyreean Kings, who were archpriests of their stub and tribe by themselves.

Later, there were copies of the Madara Temple, built in the lands where there were settlements of our ancestors – Crete, Lemnos, Tripoli (“Three cities” – Tyr, Sidon and Arad), Asia Minor, in India their temples are called Midir or Mandira/Mandir to this day.

One of the well known Tyreean temples is that in Delphi in Eleusis because of the claims made by the Danaan tribe that it’s their own. But there is not a single line of text written by them, about the bloody war they fought with our predecessors with the goal to destroy the Madara Temple, which thanks to the horsemen-warriors guards was saved from destruction. The name by which the priestess of the temple was called is known – Pythia or Pita/i ia. When she was giving her prophesies, she would sit at the tripod of Apollo, where according to some ancient authors she was chewing bay leaves (this is as much as the Danaans were able to see), then falling in trance (sent to her by Apollo). During the trance, she would produce prophesies for the Tyreean Kings who came there to ask the God. As the words of Pythia were “incomprehensible and unrelated”, her words would be interpreted by “special priests-translators” — we can again see the uninitiated, unaware Danaans, who had to invent “priests-translators”.

The great thamir Homer in his poem Iliad, tells us how the King-archpriest Donor, the priests and the horsemen-warriors from the new Tyreean stub of the Iritti, before leaving for their long journey with “the black ships” towards the today’s land of Ireland, gave oath in the covenant at the Madara Temple to keep the written work and knowledge clean.

Most likely the long journey of the thyrassy-Iritti took years and they went trough many obstacles, from the lower Danube to the shore of the Bay of Biscay, from where they went by ships to the todays Irish lands. We can assume, that the Iritti were not alone in this journey, with other Tyreean tribes or passed via the many lands inhabited by Tyreean tribes.

The long journey of the Iritti makes us think that the initiated from this Tyreean stub were well versed in building ships, sailing, astronomy, the calendar, mathematics, geometry, agriculture, stockbreeding — sheep, goats and war horses, metal casting and warfare, music and dances, democratic structure of the society and common law, mysteries rituals and cults.

Confirming what is said by the father of the Bulgarian history, the great Homer we will provide some examples from the descriptions by Marie McKeown in “Blood of the Irish: What DNA Tells Us About the Ancestry of People in Ireland” (17 March 2017) based on research by Trinity University in Dublin and Queens University, which reveals at least two migration waves to the island during the last millennia. Analysis of the remains of a 5,200 year-old Irish farmer suggested that the population of Ireland at that time was closely genetically related to the modern-day populations of southern Europe, especially Spain and Sardinia. Her ancestors, however, originally migrated from the Middle East, the cradle of agriculture.

Meanwhile, the research team also examined the remains of three 4,000 year-old men from the Bronze Age and revealed that another wave of migration to Ireland had taken place, this time from the edges of Eastern Europe. One-third of their ancestry came from the Steppe region of Russia and Ukraine, so their ancestors must have gradually spread west across Europe. These remains, found on Rathlin Island also shared a close genetic affinity with the Scottish, Welsh, and modern Irish, unlike the earlier farmer. This suggests that many people living in Ireland today have genetic links to people who were living on the island at least 4,000 years ago.

Without going deeply into the matter, we will just note the match of the time period described by Homer. Second, the places noted in the research where the people settling in the todays Ireland, Wells and Scotland came from, in that old times were inhabited by Tyreean tribes.

It is true, that the Balkans were not explicitly mentioned in the research, but citing of one of the oldest texts written in Ireland, “Lebhar Gabhla” is of interest.

That story tells the semi-mythical story of waves of people who settled on Ireland in earliest times. It says that they first settlers were small darker people, called Fir Bolg, followed by a magical super-race called the Tuatha de Danaan (the people of the goddess Dana). From this text we learn that there are two tribes that arrived there, one small called Fir Bolg and another who were magic great race, named after the peoples’ goddess Dana — that goddess is the Danube River. Let this clarification about the goddess Dana is our small present to the common ancient history of our ancestors.

The MC1R gene has been identified by researchers as the gene responsible for red hair as well as the accompanying fair skin and tendency towards freckles. These genes were then brought to the British Isles by the original settlers, men and women who would have been relatively tall, with little body fat, athletic, fair-skinned and who would have had red hair. So red-heads may well be descended from the earliest ancestors of the Irish and British.

This description almost perfectly matches the description of our ancestors.

The similarity between the mysteries rituals and cult, the megalithic culture between the Thyrassy and the Celts, Irish and Scottish in our opinion is very high and the differences are not that many. Most of these differences are due to the large distances and the influence by other cultures.

The map of Ireland during the Middle Ages shows that the Tyreean stub of Irittes was split in three and we learn that there are now three new tribes: Eridi, Erni and Darini — that is, it happened exactly as Homer described it — when the population of a tribe grows, it splits into three new tribes each of which takes part of the name of the previous stub.

The Dalriada (Dál Riata or Dál Riada) known in 500 AD, spread over the lands of the Irish and the Scottish also includes the name of its predecessors.

Last, but not least is the toponymy that we observe in the Irish and Scottish lands, that is related to the Gods and the mysterious rituals of the Great Tyreean civilisation: such as the name of the today’s County Tyrone — carrying the name of God Tyr, the Boyne Valley (Boen, Boyan) with its number of funeral mounds and stone tombs, trilithons and so on and so on.
